I made these yesterday. Light, fluffy chocolate cake with white chocolate icing. They are overbearingly sweet - just the way I like them! I ate six yesterday, and am going to give the rest away tomorrow. I hope to get better with both baking and food photography.

I love food and cooking in general. I cook every week (2 dishes), and bake every other week... so I'm thinking of starting a food photo blog to document my cooking escapades. So yeah, I also love eating food. I'm pretty adventurous. I can be a food snob sometimes (if I'm paying a lot for it), but I generally eat and appreciate everything - from Mac Donald's hamburgers to seared foie gras.
